The debut release from Melox Marvels is a one-man project, from songwriting and performance, to co-production and its bizarre, alarm-clock styled lyric video, so it’s safe to say this track is a personal one. ‘6:01’ moves between lyrical vocal passages, to heavy and industrial interludes, while telling a tale inspired by beloved classic Groundhog Day. Of the tune, Marvels says: "recently the whole world seems to have got stuck in a 24hr news cycle in which nothing anybody does makes any difference and we lurch back to where we were yesterday every morning".  Catch ‘6:01’ on the Hope And The Hopeless album, which will be released piece-by-piece over the course of 2019. -Dan Peeke
